Ontem acabei de ler… III

“…What is lacking from much of the debate is a compreensive view of how organic beings and their parts and remains have actually been used, together with some idea of the kind of people who have used them and for what scientific purposes. The aim of this book is to fill this gap. Standing back from history is possible only if on suspends on’s own moral intuitions, marveling sometimes at the characters  and paradoxical mindsets of some of the dramatis personae of this story.”
